Brand New You ("BNY," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit bnymen.com (the "Site"), interact with our forms and programs, or otherwise engage with our ministry.
By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We collect information you provide directly to us and information automatically gathered when you use the Site.

We collect information you choose to share with us, including:
- Name and email address (when you subscribe to our email list, request information, or sign up for a program)
- Contact details and ministry context (when you submit a speaking inquiry, booking request, or coaching application)
- Responses to assessments (when you complete the SSA Pattern Assessment or similar diagnostic tools)
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment providers — we do not store credit card numbers)
- Information about your event, organization, or platform (when you invite us to speak)
- Personal background and ministry history (when you apply for the Mentorship Intensive or coaching sessions)
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, links clicked)

- Referring URL (the page that led you to our Site)
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking pixels. If we add such tools in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and disclosed.

The Site uses essential cookies to remember your session preferences (such as whether you have dismissed the BNYCon announcement). - Send you ministry updates, event announcements, and product launches (only if you opt in)
- Process registrations and payments for BNYCon, the Mentorship Intensive, the New Reality Academy, coaching sessions, and book pre-orders
- Personalize your experience and improve the Site
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud or unauthorized access
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only as needed to operate our ministry and as described below:

- Zapier (data integration between platforms): zapier.com/privacy
- Lovable (website hosting and infrastructure): lovable.dev/privacy

3.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to enforce our Terms of Service; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BNY, our users, or others.
3.3 Ministry Operations
In certain pastoral and discipleship contexts (such as the Mentorship Intensive or coaching sessions), information you share is held in pastoral confidence by Apostle Reginald Robinson and Pastor Zaire Willis. Information shared in those settings will not be disclosed except where required by law, where you have given explicit permission, or where there is an imminent risk of harm.
4. Your Rights and Choices
4.1 Email Communication
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send. You may also email us at info@bnymen.com to be removed from our list.
4.2 Access, Correction, and Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@bnymen.com. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
4.3 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context advertising)

5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Program participants' records are retained for accounting, legal, and discipleship continuity purposes for a reasonable period, typically up to 7 years.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please email info@bnymen.com and we will delete it.

The Site may link to external websites (YouTube, Instagram, Amazon, Brushfire, Heartbeat, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
