Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bnymen.com (the "Site"), all programs and products offered by Brand New You ("BNY," "we," "us," or "our"), and any related services.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any product or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Brand New You

Brand New You is a Christian discipleship ministry founded by Apostle Reginald Robinson, Jr. and Pastor Zaire Willis. We serve men navigating same-sex attraction, sexual brokenness, and identity confusion, and the families, pastors, and leaders walking alongside them.

We are not a church. We are a ministry that comes alongside the local church. Our content reflects historic Christian theology and biblical conviction.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward BNY staff, leaders, or community members

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, and the BNY name and brand marks — is the property of Brand New You or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted within the context of our programs (such as cohort materials shared with you as a participant).

The book "Born Gay, Born Again" by Zaire Willis and Reginald Robinson is published by and subject to the rights of Charisma House. Purchase of the book does not grant reproduction or distribution rights.

4. Programs and Products

4.1 BNYCon 2026

Registration for BNYCon 2026 is processed through Brushfire and is subject to the following terms:

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets are transferable to another attendee with 14 days' notice prior to the event by emailing info@bnymen.com
• BNY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of emergencies, low registration, or circumstances beyond our control; in such cases, registered attendees will receive a full refund
• BNY reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose conduct disrupts the event

4.2 Mentorship Intensive

The Mentorship Intensive is an 8-week cohort program with the following terms:

• The program fee is $599 (or 4 payments of $162.25)
• Full refund is available through the orientation session; after orientation, the program is non-refundable
• An application and entrance interview are required for enrollment
• Participants commit to weekly live sessions and daily assignments
• BNY reserves the right to remove a participant whose conduct is harmful to the cohort

4.3 New Reality Academy

The New Reality Academy is a monthly subscription community:

• The subscription fee is $97/month (or such pricing as displayed at time of subscription)
• You may cancel at any time effective at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are issued for past months
• Access to the community ends when your subscription ends

4.4 Private Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions with Pastor Zaire, Apostle Reginald, or both:

• Session fees are as displayed at time of booking
• Sessions are non-refundable
• Reschedules are permitted once per booking with at least 24 hours' notice
• No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session fee
• Coaching is pastoral in nature and not a substitute for licensed mental health care, medical care, or legal advice

4.5 The Book — Born Gay, Born Again

The book is sold through Amazon and other retailers and is subject to those platforms' return and refund policies. BNY does not directly handle book sales.

5. Payment

All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Brushfire, Heartbeat, Amazon). BNY does not store or process credit card information directly. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method for the amount due.

6. Pastoral Care Disclaimer

Our coaching, mentorship, and ministry services are pastoral and discipleship-focused. They are not:

• A substitute for licensed mental health care, psychotherapy, or counseling by a licensed clinician
• A substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider
• Legal advice
• Crisis intervention services

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline in the US) immediately.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that pastoral care has limitations and you accept responsibility for seeking professional care when needed.

7. Content and Positions

Our content reflects historic Christian theological convictions, including biblical teaching on identity, sexuality, marriage, and discipleship. Participation in our programs and use of the Site implies acknowledgment of this theological framework.

We affirm the dignity and worth of every person made in the image of God, including those whose convictions differ from ours. We engage these conversations with the goal of grace, truth, and love.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNY disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Brand New You, its founders, leaders, officers, staff, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our programs, or our content.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brand New You and its founders, leaders, officers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the most recent revision will be shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
