Reginald Robinson (FOunder)

Reginald Robinson, Jr., a native of Mobile, AL, has been married to Tamara Robinson for 16 years and is the proud father of three children: Reginald III, Reigan, and Rylie-Jean.

A passionate leader, mentor, and visionary, Reginald is the founder of Brand New You Mentorship Intensive, a transformational program designed to empower men to break cycles, cultivate emotional intelligence, and embrace a renewed identity through faith and disciplined growth. His heart for discipleship and leadership development has impacted countless individuals, equipping them with the tools to navigate purpose and spiritual maturity.

After serving as the YouthBuild Job Developer at the Huntsville Housing Authority, Reginald recently transitioned from his career in urban and regional planning- workforce development to devote himself fully to pastoring and mentorship. His passion for equipping people with life-changing biblical principles now fuels his work as the founder and lead pastor of VEIR Church in Huntsville, AL, where he and his wife, Tamara, co-lead a thriving community centered on faith, leadership, and personal transformation.

Through every endeavor, Reginald remains committed to raising up leaders, transforming lives, and guiding people into a deeper understanding of their God-given purpose. His life’s mission is simple yet profound: to equip, empower, and release individuals to walk boldly in their calling.

Zaire willis (co-founder)

Pastor Zaire Willis was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and now calls Huntsville, Alabama, home. He has been happily married for six years and serves as the Executive Pastor of VEIR - The Church at Huntsville. With over a decade of experience as a worship leader, administrator, and armor bearer, Pastor Zaire has dedicated his life to serving the body of Christ with excellence, humility, and dedication.

In 2024, Pastor Zaire was officially licensed as a pastor, marking a new chapter in his lifelong commitment to ministry. He is also the co-founder of Brand New You (BNY), a transformative mentorship program designed to help men break free from sexual sin. BNY provides a safe space for men to have courageous conversations, find a community of like-minded brothers, and discover their true identity in Christ. Through BNY, Pastor Zaire has personally mentored 43 men and counting, guiding them toward genuine freedom and renewed purpose.

Pastor Zaire is deeply passionate about seeing men discover who they truly are in Christ and live with boldness, purpose, and conviction. His passion for this work stems from his own journey of discovering identity, freedom, and wholeness through Christ. He knows firsthand that true freedom is not just possible but promised for those who trust in the Lord.
